पेंडुलम बन झूल रही है शिक्षा

हमेशा होती रही है राजनीतिक पूर्वाग्रह का शिकार 

अपनी-अपनी विचारधारायें थोपने में लगे तमाम दल 

सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक-भौगोलिक पहलू होते रहे नजरंदाज

हमारी देश की शिक्षा पद्धति आये दिन बदलाव के थपेड़े झेलती रहती है। कभी बेहतरी के नाम पर तो कभी उसे सरल-सुगम बनाने के नाम पर। फिर भी यह संपूर्णता तक नहीं पहुंच पाती है। इसे एक विडंबना कहें या शिक्षार्थियों का भाग्य! दरअसल, बच्चों की दशा-दिशा को लेकर शिक्षा के सही और प्रासंगिक स्वरूप के लिए कोई अनुसंधान, विचार-मंथन आदि नहीं होते। अगर होते भी हैं तो विद्यार्थियों पर तत्कालीन सरकारों के विचार (या षडयंत्र भी कह सकते हैं) ही थोप दिये जाते हैं। इसके लिए आवश्यक तथ्य तो कम, राजनीति ही अधिक होती है।

सरकारें तो आखिर राजनीतिक दल ही बनाते हैं और उनकी अपनी विचारधाराएं और नीतियां होती हैं। तमाम दल अपने मनमाफिक कार्य करते हैं। अपने विचार थोपते हैं। शिक्षा के जरिये विद्यार्थियों के अपरिपक्व मन में भेदभाव का बीजारोपण किया जाता है । कमोवेश सभी दल अपने-अपने पूर्वाग्रह से ग्रसित होते हैं। इसकी गंध भी अवाम को मिली ही होगी। नहीं का तो कोई सवाल ही नहीं।

बहरहाल, नीतियां तो आये दिन बनती ही रहती हैं, पुनरीक्षण भी होते रहते हैं। सवाल जो उठता है वह है कि इनका परिणाम क्या मिलता है। इस बिन्दू पर गौर करना भी जरूरी हो जाता है। बतौर मिसाल, आजकल अधिकांश स्कूलों में प्रोजेक्ट वर्क जैसे कौशल विकास कार्यों पर खास जोर दिया जाता है। यह सच है कि यह व्यक्तित्व विकास का एक अनिवार्य अंग है, मगर इसे संपूर्ण विकास की संज्ञा देना बुद्धिमानी कतई नहीं कही जा सकती। आलम यह है कि सारा दारोमदार इसी एक पर डालकर पढ़ाई के अन्य विषयों की पढ़ाई जैसे गौण ही हो जाती है। गौर करने पर यह स्पष्ट हो जायेगा कि देश के उभरते भविष्य यानी विद्यार्थियों के साथ सरासर छलावा किया जा रहा है।

देश के अधिकांश सरकारी स्कूलों के हालात किसी से छिपे नहीं हैं। खंडहर होते भवन तो विद्यार्थियों के लिए न्यूनतम सुविधाओं का अभाव, न खेलकूद की समुचित व्यवस्था। पठन-पाठन की सुविधाओं के क्या कहने ! न पुस्तकालय-वाचनालय न विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला। हालांकि उन सबके मद में शुल्क तो नियमित रूप से वसूले जाते हैं मगर सुविधायें उपलब्ध कराने के नाम पर सिफर। पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षकों-शिक्षिकाओं की योग्यता के सामने एक विशाल प्रश्नचिह्न ही लगा होता है। किसी विषय को पढ़ाने के क्रम में विद्यार्थियों से सपाट शब्दों में कह देते हैं कि इंटरनेट में देख लेना,जहां कहीं भी उन्हें असुविधा महसूस होती है।

बतौर मिसाल बिहार को ही ले लें। एक सरकारी आंकड़े के मुताबिक (जुलाई, 2021 में प्रकाशित) प्रदेश में तकरीबन 72,663 सरकारी स्कूल हैं। उनमें 42573 प्राथमिक, 25,587 उच्च प्राथमिक, 2286 माध्यमिक और 2,217 उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय हैं। साथ ही, यह दावा तो कोई भी कर सकते हैं कि इनमें से अधिकांश विद्यालय अपने अस्तित्व को बचाने के लिए किसी-न-किसी समस्या से जूझ ही रहे होंगे। कहीं न्यूनतम सुविधाओं का अभाव तो कही पर्याप्त शिक्षकों का, और कहीं इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर (आधारभूत संरचना) का नितांत अभाव।

इस क्रम में देश-भर में 10,83,678 सरकारी स्कूल हैं। ऐसा भी नहीं है कि सिर्फ बिहार के सरकारी स्कूल ही दुर्दशा झेल रहे हैं। कमोवेश यही हालात देश भर के अधिकांश स्कूलों के हैं। आये दिन बच्चों के अभिभावक तो कभी गांवों की पंचायतें वैसे स्कूलों के सामने प्रदर्शन कर ताले भी लगा देते हैं। वहीं, दूसरी ओर देश भर में तकरीबन 4,00,000 निजी स्कूल हैं। ये दिन दूनी रात चौगूनी फल-फूल भी रहे हैं।         

निजी स्कूलों के फलने-फूलने के तमाम कारणों में से एक प्रमुख कारण है- सरकारों का सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रति गंभीर उदासीनता। आलम यह है कि दस साल का बच्चा भी स्कूलों-शिक्षकों की पोल खोल देता है। उस पर शिक्षा संबंधी नीतियां भी कम जिम्मेवार नहीं। उनमें से ही एक नीति के तहत आठवीं कक्षा तक के किसी विद्यार्थी को फेल (अनुत्तीर्ण) नहीं किया जायेगा। आखिर व्यवस्था इसके जरिये क्या संदेश देना चाहती है? क्या इससे विद्यार्थियों को अपना आकलन करने का मौका मिल पायेगा? इससे तो शिक्षा व्यवस्था की अक्षमता ही उजागर होती है। 

अब बिहार के निजी स्कूलों की ही बात लें। कम से  कम 100 से ज्यादा उल्लेखनीय और नामचीन स्कूल हैं । महज दो कमरों के साथ शुरू किया गया विद्यालय चंद वर्षों में आलीशान भवन में तब्दील हो जाता है। आखिर कैसे? यह सवाल उठना तो लाजिमी है। उस पर तुर्रा यह कि उनमें से ज्यादातर विद्यालय अंग्रेजी माध्यम से संचालित होते हैं। (भले ही अंग्रेजी शब्दों की स्पेलिंग और उच्चारण भी सही न कर पाते हों !) इस आधार पर ऐसे स्कूलों के प्रबंधन बच्चों के अभिभावकों से हर साल मोटी रकम वसूलते हैं। अभिभावक भी अदा करते हैं- करना पड़ता है। वे इस भुलावे में रहते हैं कि बच्चे अंग्रेजी पढ़कर अच्छे पदों पर नियुक्त होंगे। दूसरी ओर, सरकारी स्कूल खंडहरों में तब्दील हो रहे हैं। 

इस संदर्भ में एक अनूठी मिसाल पेश है। जो आज 60-70 वर्ष आयु-वर्ग के हैं। उनमें से अधिकांश को अपनी चौथी-पांचवीं कक्षा में पढ़े पाठों के कुछ अंश आज भी याद हैं। धाराप्रवाह बोल भी सकते हैं। वहीं, वर्तमान पीढ़ी के कॉलेज में पढ़ने वालों से अगर स्कूलों में पढ़े किसी पाठ के बारे में पूछ दें तो वे बगलें झांकने लगते हैं। क्या इससे यह साबित नहीं होता कि पूर्व की अपेक्षा आज शिक्षा का स्तर कितना गिर रहा है?

तमाम विसंगतियों के अलावा शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर राजनीतिक पूर्वाग्रह का ग्रहण लगा हुआ है। जाहिर है, जिनके पास सत्ता है उनके पास ही मास्टर-की (मास्टर कूंजी) है। यानी जब चाहे व्यवस्था में रद्दोबदल कर सकते हैं। इस पूर्वाग्रह से साहित्यों के विषय काफी प्रभावित होते हैं। दलीय व्यवस्था का खामियाजा भी शिक्षा व्यवस्था को भुगतना पड़ता है। जो दल सत्तासीन होता है, अपनी विचारधाराएं थोपता है। भाषा-साहित्य में भी तोड़-मरोड़ करने से नहीं चूकते। पूर्वाग्रहों के कारण पुस्तकों में शामिल पाठ्यक्रमों को भी हटाने से नहीं हिचकते। पुस्तकों में मुद्रित कहानियां-कविताएं-लेख तो महज भाव होते हैं। उन भावों का तात्पर्य किसी को जागृत करना होता है। निस्तेजों में तेज भरना होता है। कोई संदेश या ज्ञान देना होता है। यह तो कतई गुनाह नहीं है। मगर सियासत के धूर्त खिलाड़ी यथास्थिति बनाये रखना चाहते हैं। उनकी मंशा तो विरोध को पनपने से रोकना होती है। दमन करना होता है।     

हाल-फिलहाल भी किसी पाठ्य पुस्तक से एक नामचीन शायर और नज्मकार की कोई रचना हटाने की बात सामने आयी थी। इसकी वजह महज यही थी कि वह किसी दूसरे संप्रदाय का था। इसे एक ओछी मानसिकता के सिवा और क्या कहा जा सकता है? इसी तरह विद्यार्थियों को उहापोह की स्थिति में रखा जाता है। उनके सामने स्पष्ट तस्वीर उभरने ही नहीं दी जाती है। सत्ता बदलते ही जैसे अब तो कोई भूचाल-सा आ जाता है। व्यवस्थाओं में परिवर्तन का खेल शुरू हो जाता है। उन परिवर्तनों के दायरे में शिक्षा-व्यवस्था भी आ जाती है। इसका परिणाम अधिकतर नकारात्मक ही होता है। इस संदर्भ में विशेषज्ञों द्वारा सकारात्मक तथा लाभकारी प्रस्ताव भी पेश किये जाते हैं। कई अच्छी बातें भी होती हैं जो दस्तावेज में ही दम तोड़ जाती हैं। उनपर अमल न के बराबर ही होता है। 

स्वतंत्रता से पहले बर्तानिया सरकार ने लॉर्ड मेकॉले की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए एक समिति बनायी थी। समिति की सिफारिशों का तात्पर्य भारत में क्लर्कों (किरानियों) की फौज खड़ी करना था। आजादी मिलने के बाद हालांकि देश की अपनी शिक्षा-नीति बनी। संशोधन भी हुए, कुछ जोड़े भी गये। बहरहाल, कुछ रद्दोबदल के साथ वही पुराना आधार रहा। कोई भी शिक्षा नीति बनाते समय देश की सामाजिक, भौगोलिक, सांस्कृतिक पक्षों का समुचित ख्याल रखा जाना चाहिए था, जो कभी नहीं हुआ। आधुनिक शिक्षा के नाम पर कमोवेश पश्चिमी देशों की नकल ही की गयी। इसमें समानता, समरूपता के भाव नहीं दिखते। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में राजनीति का प्रवेश घातक ही साबित हुआ है। 

ताजातरीन राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 है। प्रख्यात साइंसदां कृष्णास्वामी कस्तुरीरंगन की अध्यक्षता में कस्तुरीरंगन कमिटी का गठन हुआ। कमिटी की रिपोर्ट पर आधारित शिक्षा नीति पर सरसरी निगाह डालने पर कई खामियां भी उभर कर सामने आयीं। उच्च शिक्षा के संबंध में किसी राष्ट्रीय सर्वे की रिपोर्ट अब तक प्रकाशित नहीं हुई है। हालांकि इस दिशा में कई बाधाओं को नजरंदाज कर दिया गया। गोया अवरोध जरूर खड़े किये गये। उनमें से एक कौशल विकास योजना है। अगर कौशल का ही विकास करना है तो इसे प्राथमिक कक्षा से ही समग्र शिक्षा में एक निश्चित अनुपात में शामिल करना था। रही उच्च शिक्षा की बात। संस्थान तो दिनोंदिन बढ़ रहे हैं मगर उनकी गुणवत्ता के सामने एक विशाल प्रश्नचिह्न भी खड़ा है।

इस संबंध में भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के पूर्व गवर्नर रघुराम राजन ने कहा था कि देश को सहिष्णुता और विविधता के विचारों की एक फैक्ट्री की जरूरत है। शिक्षा संबंधी तमाम नीतियों और योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने में ग्रामीण और आर्थिक रूप से अक्षम लोग हमेशा पिछड़ जाते हैं। कोई भी योजना तभी फलीभूत हो सकती है जब उस तक देश के अंतिम व्यक्ति की पहुंच हो।

नहीं भाया प्रियंका का सुर मिलाना

 'बिहार और यूपी (उत्तरप्रदेश) के भैयों' को पंजाब में घुसने नहीं देंगे. यही कहा था पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री चरणजीत सिंह चन्नी ने. चुनावी दौरे पर पहुंची कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने भी खिलखिलाकर मुख्यमंत्री के सुर में सुर बखूबी मिलाया. यह तो तय है कि बिहार-यूपी के निकलते ही पंजाब की आर्थिक स्थिति चरमरा जायेगी.

बहरहाल, चन्नी की बातों पर प्रियंका वाड्रा का समर्थन कुछ क्या काफी अटपटा लगा.उन्हें याद होना चाहिए कि उत्तरप्रदेश में भी विधानसभा चुनाव जारी है. वहां कांग्रेस की उल्लेखनीय मौजूदगी भी है. माना कि चुनावों के दौरान जहां होते हैं वहां के रंग में रंगना पड़ता है, खासकर सियासतदानों को.मगर कुछ मुद्दे तो व्यापक होते हैं. समस्त क्षेत्र में समान होते हैं. चन्नी ने जो कहा उसे संभालने के बजाय प्रियंका साहिबा भी उसी रौ में बह गयीं.

हालांकि, पंजाब में ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हुआ है. पहले भी 'बिहार-यूपी के भैयों' के राग अलापे जा चुके हैं. हमने भी पंजाब में कुछ साल गुज़ारे हैं. पत्रकारिता से जुड़े होने के कारण. एक शाम एक पड़ोसी के घर हम चंद लोग चाय की चुस्कियां ले रहे थे.तभी वहां मौजूद सज्जनों में से एक ने वही बात छेड़ दी. उस दौरान बाहरी लोगों को लेकर प्रदेश में बावेला भी मचा था.

बात छिड़ने पर हमने शांत भाव से एक सवाल रख दिया-पंजाब के प्रशासनिक और पुलिस महकमों में कितने आईएएस-आईपीएस अधिकारी प्रदेश के हैं?इस अप्रत्याशित प्रश्न पर किसी को कोई जवाब न सूझा. फिर हमने राज्य के अधिकांश जिलों के अफसरों के नाम गिनवा दिये जो यूपी-बिहार से ताल्लुक रखते थे.

बातचीत के दौरान यह सवाल भी उभरा कि कनाडा, अमरीका, इटली गये प्रदेश के तमाम लोगों में क्या सभी लोग कलक्टर-कमिश्नर के ओहदे पर हैं. सभी जानते हैं कि वे वहां क्या काम करते हैं.

गौरतलब है कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह की सदारत में कांग्रेस का परचम बुलंदी से लहरा रहा था. पिछले कुछ महीनों में पार्टी के अंदरुनी घमासान और कैप्टन अमरिंदर के पार्टी छोड़ने के वाकये से सभी वाकिफ हैं.

लिहाजा, इन सब बातों के मद्देनजर मतदाताओं को सावधान तो ज़रूर हो जाना चाहिए. अगर अब भी नहीं संभले तो कब चेतेंगे?जब मर्ज़ लाइलाज हो जायेगा तब? जाति-थर्म-संप्रदाय की आग तो सुलग ही रही है.अब और क्या देखने की ख़्वाहिश रह गई है?

Distorting The Youth

As a matter of fact, the perception is dress code and uniforms are limited to within the purview of school education. The college going students, obviously, have some aspirations. The age-factor counts.

A transitional phase they are in. Where the children seek liberty. It can't be put out of the context. The parents as well as the institutions should co-operate with them instead of forcing for anything. It's the stage where most of them look for understanding, compassion and above all, befriending. 

Our country India is acknowledged as 'a nation with maximum youth force' globally. 

Meanwhile, the entry of political forces in their lives bring a drastic change. Almost hazardous. Political or social (?) organisations carry their own agenda. Those   forces extract the abilities and power by exploiting the youth. 

After exploitation, the same youth faces repression too, by the establishment, when they revolt against injustice. Face lathi-charge, firing, even lose lives. 

In fact, crossing the adolescent stage they need utmost care to get them prepared against evil forces. Mostly get distracted at this crucial point. Infatuation is also one of the factors.

National Youth Day 2022: January 12

"It's all in the mind"-the theme of National Youth Day 2022. Absolutely yes. All in the mind.
The youth contains immeasurable power with in, considered to be a vital force. Which has been exploited from time to time.This class is indeed a powerhouse, but lacks in conscience and driven away easily. Obviously, runs after emotion,being influenced.
Mostly the politicians exploit the youth to serve their purpose. Without thinking the pros and cons, this vital force gets driven by the opportunists.
However, the current generation is much smarter and wiser than the predecessors. Still miles to go. They must be aware enough to analyse and calculate the situation. Should learn to use instead of being merely used.

Tears- Even Created

Even an emotional scene or situation (though created) leads to break down. Do provoke the inner cells vehemently to outburst the feelings accumulated inside.

In a way, it might be taken a certain force for survival. It helps the most, the introvert persons, who are quite unable to express their feelings and reaction even at the gravest moment.

Notwithstanding, there are several circumstances in a life to leave one perplexed. Though neither is spared. Some have one at their side to boost them up, obviously some do not. The question is what about the later. Definitely an endless tunnel.
In the course of time, the shocks and humiliations gathered for a long period turn to be perilous. Might lead to a dire consequence, resulting to heart attack or brain haemorrhage or else.
So, shedding tears, by any means, seems to be a vital force for survival.

From A Call To Retrospect

After an age-long hiatus, receiving a call from someone intimate, is immensely thrilling. Numerous quests and responses click in the mind simultaneously. Besides, it drags one in the state of retrospection.
It takes one to a queer position. Where plaintiff, accused and certainly the judge, all are present in the same person. A bewildering situation indeed.
In retrospection, the faults, misdeeds and avoidable committed come to fore in a flash. These facts cover the whole mind leaving no space for others.
Subsequently, introspection occupies it's place thereafter. Various feelings and emotions start dribbling, leaving one in a state of an inept. Subconsciousness becomes active. All the happenings emerge one by one, leaving one bemused.
The session of repentance begins thereafter. The happenings and events compel one to analyse the facts and figures. This situation relevantly spares some time to analyse those.
‌Rest depends on one, either taking seriously or nonchalantly.

सईद ज़ाफरी : पर्दे पर चुकायी उधार

जन्मदिन-8 जनवरी

कहते हैं कि ख़ुद को प्यार करने वाला ही दूसरों को प्यार दे सकता है. इसे तय मानने पर कभी-कभी मन सोचने के लिए बाध्य कर देता है. कुछ ऐसे ही दौर से नामचीन अभिनेता सईद ज़ाफ़री को निजी ज़िन्दगी में ग़ुज़रना पड़ा था. चुनांचे, ज़्यादातर फिल्मों में उन्हें प्यार बांटते या समस्याओं को सुलझाते देखा गया है.

बहरहाल, अदाकारी की दुनिया में उनकी सानी नहीं थी. अपने अभिनय पर ऐसी सान चढ़ाते कि दर्शकों को 'पात्र' ही दिखता और 'वह' ग़ुम हो जाते. फिल्म "चश्म-ए-बद्दूर" के पनवाड़ी 'लल्लन मियां' को ही ले लें. बेरोजगारी का दर्द महसूस करने के साथ ही अपना बकाया वसूलने के लिए किसी की छीछालेदर करने से भी बाज नहीं आते.

वहीं, फिल्म "किसी से न कहना" के उस 'लालाजी' को भला भूल सकता है कोई? अपने एक मित्र के बेटे की प्रेम-संबंध की गुत्थी बखूबी सुलझायी. फिल्म "शतरंज के खिलाड़ी" के 'मीर साहब' की तो बात ही क्या!

बहरहाल, उनकी अदाकारी तो बेमिसाल थी ही. शायद अपनी आपबीती की ख़लिश उनकी जेहन के किसी कोने में मौजूद रही होगी जिसे पर्दे पर उतारकर जी हल्का कर लेते होंगे.

Irrfan : A Matchless Actor

Birth Anniversary : January 07 

Indeed an effervescent person Irrfan Khan was! Instead of playing a character, he himself lived it. He was all the way glowing. He played any kind of role very efficiently as well as spontaneously.
Either acting a goon or a rebel, the intensity of the character beamed out of his whole body. In a sense, Irrfan was a  huge container of characters. Just take one out and put on.
In "Qarib Qarib Single", he begins snoring amid talking with someone on phone. It seemed just natural, not acting. Irrfan justified the characters he played. Be it "Paan Singh Tomar" or a ferocious wounded father in "Deadline-Sirf 24 Ghante", enkindled in revenge.
Whether it be a commercial cinema or parallel, played his honestly and with exuberance. Rarest of rare indeed!

Laxmi Chhaya: A Mesmerizing Actor

 Birth Anniversary: January 7

Whether it be a nautch girl or a vamp, Laxmi Chhaya never gone unnoticed. It was her calibre which kept her relevant throughout the movie. Her performances were quite outstanding. One of the leading character artiste.
Laxmi Chhaya was active in films since her childhood, irrespective of being credited or uncredited. In any dance number, the synergy between music and limbs was just fantastic. In a dance number "Jaan Pehchan Ho" in film Gumnaam, her performance was just astounding, a cult indeed!
She acted in number of films with many leading heroes of hindi film industry. In "Teesri Manzil", Laxmi Chhaya acted with Shammi Kapoor, who resembled Elvis Presley in song and dancing numbers. She imbued the same feelings in the viewers the role she played. Praise, disgust,hatred et al.
Whilst in "Maar Diya Jaaye Ya Chhor Diya Jaaye", a song number of film Mera Gaon Mera Desh, she was enigmatic indeed. Just beyond words. Besides, she was well compatible with comedy films as well. She played a commendable role in film Haye Mera Dil with a versatile film  personality Kishore Kumar.
Laxmi Chhaya can be placed as a galaxy of character roles in huge hindi filmdom of Mumbai.

नीतीश:'मौके पर चौके' का इंतज़ार

 राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (राजद) के बिहार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष जगदानंद सिंह का मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को साथ आने का खुला आमंत्रण आख़िर किस बात का इशारा करता है? यह बात तमाम राजनेताओं, विश्लेषकों से लेकर मीडिया वीरों की जेहन में कुलबुलाने लगी होगी.

सही भी है. बिहार को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा, जातिवार जनगणना कुछ ऐसे कारक हैं, जो मुख्यमंत्री की 'अंगड़ाई' की ओर इंगित करते हैं. दिसम्बर 2021 में शुरू हुई समाज सुधार यात्रा के जरिये वह यह संदेश देने के प्रयास में हैं कि 'नशाबन्दी' पर वह पूरी तरह अडिग हैं. जातिवार जनगणना प्रकरण पर केन्द्र से मिलने गये सर्वदलीय शिष्टमंडल में  राजद भी शामिल था.

वैसे भी, 2020 में बिहार में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) को 74 सीट और जदयू को मिली 43 सीटों से नीतीश कुमार खासे खिन्न लगते हैं. इससे पहले तो वह बिहार में 'बड़े भाई' की भूमिका में रहे हैं.

सर्वविदित है कि प्रदेश में जातिगत समीकरणों पर चुनाव लड़े और जीते जाते हैं. पिछले साल हुए विस उपचुनाव को अपवाद मान सकते हैं.

वहीं, भाजपा का अमोघ अस्त्र 'ध्रुवीकरण' ही याना जा सकता है. अमूमन हर लोकसभा-विधानसभा चुनाव में इस्तेमाल करती है. जातिगत समीकरण में भाजपा बाज़ी नहीं ही मार सकती क्योंकि इस में प्रदेश स्तर पर कोई दिग्गज नेता नहीं दिख रहे. 'संप्रदाय' और 'राष्ट्रवाद' जैसे मुद्दे भड़काना पार्टी की मजबूरी भी है.

बहरहाल, मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के जातिगत वोट किसी अन्य जातियों की तुलना में कमतर ही हैं. लिहाजा किसी अन्य दल के साथ गठबंधन करना उनकी भी बाध्यता है. अगला लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 में है जबकि बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव वर्ष 2025 में है. तबतक राजनीतिक परिदृश्य में कितनी तस्वीरें उभरेंगी और डूबेंगी.

In the year 2002-2003, an effort was made again. There was National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at the Centre then.

There appeared an ego problem which turned the effort to ashes. The question was to curtail the surrounding residential complexes. Which could have been considered amicably. But the ego problem distorted all.

Coincidentally, the both leaders belonged to the same political party. The state leader, who represented Bhagalpur assembly constituency, held several important portfolios later. Neither development the city witnessed during his tenure.

Life Amid Passwords

 Password has become an integral part of the life. Digitalization of most of the services provided to the people has created a hassle.

Whether be it internet banking, online transactions or other services, all have been linked to internet. The rapid growth of technology has brought problems rather risk with it too. So can't be taken as secured.

Hacking and cloning are some of those critical problem. In a fraction of error there comes  hazardous consequence. Number of such cases have emerged. Even celebrities aren't spared. To obtain security, password after password is created.

As a result, one is surrounded with bunch of passwords. Again, there comes an important instruction (may say suggestion) to change the passwords fortnightly (at least). Still not secured. 

On The Verge Of Collapse

 SulliDeals, BulliBai, LoveZihaad. Such terms are mostly in the news these days, Sometimes inter community and within community as well. Vitiating the society gradually but steadily. 

In fact, these terms are originating from the politics. Apart from the communal polarization, online women dealings type propagandas spreading are in continuity. It simply indicates such unruly activities are well managed. 

It absolutely reminds about the the slavery which was prevalent in the past. Though we claim to be advance enough but obnoxious thinking absolutely seems to be persistent. .

The elements like social bonding, love and compassion,mutual respect, communal harmony seem to be replaced with illusion and certainly fanaticism. The saying 'man is a social animal' almost eroding. Life is at stake and the sociality at the verge of collapse. 

New Year And Omen

Indeed, the day began with a chilly morning. The chill was aggravated with Vaishno Devi stampede claiming 12 precious lives. Rest days of the year can just be assumed.
In fact, there is a saying that 'first impression is the last impression'. An ' omen' also justifies it. The existing environment of the country confirm it too. Thus, one is complete to assume the situation there after.
However, the country is surviving Corona Virus, though worldwide, since last two years. After Delta, the Omicron variant is spreading steadily. The second wave was just horrible The life has gone perilous.
Besides, the political leaders,too, are not leaving any stone unturned to make their ends meet. One among the precautionary protocols of the pandemic, social distancing, is used by the politicos drastically. Deeply engaged in dividing society and communities. Brotherhood in the country is diminishing.
Won't be irrelevant to conclude with it that the whole country is in shambles.
