Well, is it not a cotradiction that what you expect, don't abide with. Yss, its a hard reality whix most of the people face but hardly look through it. The matter which striked me amply was the numerous instructions for the ward to follow, if not they will be shown yellow card, red card . On the other hand, the responsibility and acountability of the school was nil.On its side there were just sermons and aesthetic words. Not a single sentence I saw regarding the student if one feels sick or any msihap takes place. If there is anything to in a straightforward manner the view which reflects in BRUTALITY,isn't it.
The other aspect which shocked me was the way and attitude of the teachers. Despite their fault or mistake, they won't admit it,several times mistakes were found. In this cotext, one thing which I compelled me to analyse was the motive of the schools of present era. There are hardly a few schools which can be levelled responsible and accountable. The matter which I was concerned about was most of the schools are just money making centres. One cannot say it a grocers shop, but similarity in their motive.Just how to take the money out of one's pocket in a sophisticated way. If such is the motive then its quite sure, they will think about stashing maximum amount in their pocket instead of disbursing to the right person.So the meritorius and highly qualified teachers won't have place in such instititutions. One of the regrettable fact is that when there is any excursion then the a slip is forwarded to the guardians about the programme and charges etc. After that at last there is an agreemet in which no responsibility or accountablity on the side of the institution are reflected,but the hands of the guardians are tied.
